F&I Development Specialist

Job Description

The F&I Development Specialist will build and maintain solid relationships with Vanguard Dealer Services accounts by using consultative sales skills to identify needs and deliver results.
Duties & Responsibilities within the finance department include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

  1. Develop a consultant relationship with Dealer Principal and senior dealership management
  2. Train, educate, and motivate all Business Managers in F&I within an assigned territory
  3. Effectively manage your assigned territory to drive F&I growth
  4. Implement all Program initiatives and processes within requested timeframes
  5. Maintain, create and execute account development business plans
  6. Effectively communicate in writing to Vanguard management and dealership management on a regular basis
  7. Constantly evaluate performance vs. expectations
  8. Ensure sales, market and competitive information is recorded and reported daily in Hubspot
  9. Install and Complete in-dealership activities(processes), assignments and demonstrations as outlined in the Development Post-Installation Activities Manual
  10. Document performance of installed dealerships to pro-forma goals and report the results to the General Regional Manager and VP
  11. Provide “hands-on, show me” F&I training for key personnel at targeted dealerships
  12. Provide any additional requested feedback to management
  13. Provide dealer support on holidays and weekends when needed as a consultant or business manager
  14. Ensure sales, market and competitive information is recorded and reported as needed
  15. Visit all potential customers in specified territories, access opportunity, uncover objections, increase brand awareness, facilitate dealership relationships, problem solve
  16. Record data uncovered for each visit in Hubspot
  17. Utilize Hubspot CRM tool to effectively manage time to produce the best outcome
  18. Attend trade shows and networking events to help drive sales and promote brand awareness
  19. Assist VP and all Field Reps and other accounts with issues or concerns, and assist placing orders
  20. Leading and reaching goals on gross production and product penetration of financial products
  21. Manage appropriately schedules and events
  22. Ensures that all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines, local, state, federal regulations and laws governing business operations
  23. Have a true commitment to satisfying and retaining clients
  24. Support and maintain effective communication with team members and management staff
  25. Perform proactive meetings in dealerships
  26. Sales manager and salespeople training to maximize revenue for the company
  27. Partner with the D.P. as a compliance and revenue generating expert and follow up consistently to ensure accountability for department goals
  28. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
